Our Delivery Services

We proudly deliver across Klang Valley, bringing thoughtful gifts, fresh flowers, and premium hampers directly to your recipient’s doorstep.

Our delivery coverage includes Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and many surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed during checkout.

For areas outside our standard coverage, additional delivery charges may apply. Please refer to the Delivery Area Chart below for more information.

Same Day Delivery

  • Place your order before 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) or 12:00 PM (Saturday) to enjoy same-day delivery. Orders will be delivered on the same day, with the latest delivery time by 7:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Urgent Delivery & Scheduled Delivery

  • Urgent delivery within 4 hours from the time of order may be arranged, subject to availability and confirmation by our customer service team.
  • Additional delivery charges will apply.If you require delivery within a specific time window or need an urgent delivery arrangement, please contact our customer service team at +60 3 8734 2629 or +60 19 305 0559 prior to placing your order.
  • Express deliveries, Sunday deliveries, public holiday deliveries, and deliveries requested at a specific time may be subject to additional charges, starting from RM50.00, depending on the delivery location and operational availability.

Festive & Peak Season Deliverie

  • To ensure availability during festive and peak gifting seasons, we encourage customers to place orders at least three (2-3) days in advance.
  • While we strive to accommodate special delivery time requests, increased order volumes during occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Deepavali, and Christmas may affect delivery scheduling.
  • Orders will be delivered within the selected delivery date, and our team will make every effort to provide a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Practice

  • We strive to ensure that every gift is delivered directly to the intended recipient whenever possible.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be received by a family member, colleague, receptionist, security personnel, or another authorised representative at the delivery address on the recipient’s behalf.
  • By accepting the delivery, the recipient’s representative acknowledges receipt of the order, and the delivery will be considered successfully completed.

Order Amendments & Cancellation

  • A minimum fee of MYR 35.00 will be charged for any delivery redirection, subject to the new delivery location.
  • For order cancellations after confirmation, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply.

Nationwide Delivery Across Malaysia

  • We are continuously expanding our delivery coverage across Malaysia, bringing thoughtful gifts and hampers closer to recipients nationwide.
  • For locations outside Klang Valley, orders will be carefully packed and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
  • Shipping charges start from RM70.00 and vary based on the delivery location, package size, and weight.
  • Due to courier regulations, products containing liquids may not be available for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the gift.
  • We are continuously expanding our delivery network across Malaysia, making it easier to send thoughtful gifts and hampers to your loved ones, colleagues, and business associates nationwide.
