Easy! You can earn points by signing up, following our social channels and of course, sending flowers and gifts! Every RM 1 you spend at Nurhampers, we will give you 1 point. The more points you accumulate, the more rewards (or discounts) you can redeem.

Sorry, but you can only earn points when paying online via credit card or Paypal (FPX, e-wallets).

Yes, your points do have an expiry date of 12 months (after your most recent order).

Nope, unfortunately points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Simple! To redeem your points, simply go to ‘Rewards’ and select a reward you’d like to redeem. If you have enough points, you can use them for a reward that you can use at checkout.

Just click the ‘Apply Code’ button to have the discount code auto-applied to your shopping cart. Alternatively, you may enter the discount code in the ‘Promo Code’ field on the checkout page. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when applying the code.

Sorry but your reward will be cancelled and removed from your account.

Rewards are available for registered members only and applicable once only in a single order. Discount codes cannot be stacked and are not exchangeable for cash. Nurhampers reserves the right to amend our rewards program terms & conditions at any time.

1. Do rewards program applicable to discounted item?

The minimum point you can redeem is 500 points at one time. While the maximum point can redeem is 2000 points at one time.

You can redeem your point on your next purchase with us. Let say, currently you have 300 points and you make purchase that makes you earned 200 points, you can only use that 200 points on your next purchase.
