RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Produce new product design ideas for the company every promotion and events.
2. Planning and overseeing new product initiatives by developing time-integrated plans with management.
3. Research, Identify and analyze potential products to launch.
4. To manage, execute product & packaging development.
5. Responsible for sourcing and market new product for festive and projects.
6. Responsible for providing Sales & Customer Service Team with necessary product knowledge.
7. To monitor, review & analyses sales trend, buying behavior.
8. Inventory management on stock In & Out.
9. Handle Key Supplier on product sources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least possess SPM/STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Development or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least have 1 year experience in Business Development / Project Management / New Product Launch (NPD)
• Possess motivation, drive and very creative and imaginative mindset.
• Self-starting attitude. You don’t wait for people to tell you what to work on.
• Graduate with less than 2 years of experience are encourage to apply.
• Excellent in MS Office Program. Any additional computer skills like PageMaker, Quark and
  Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment & under pressure.
• Able to multi-task and possess great management (time/source) skills.
