• In the event of a certain stock is unavailable, Nurhampers reserve the right to exchange or replace it with items of equivalent or higher value.

• Delivery time frame 10 am – 5 pm (Mon-Fri). No specific timing is allowed.
• In the event we experience high volume of orders, your gift may be delivered a day earlier / later.
• The delivery estimate will take 2-3 working days for West Malaysia and 3-5 working days for East Malaysia.
• Delivery outside the coverage area will be handled by courier service and the hamper will be slightly different from the picture due to a fragile item will be bubble wrapped to prevent it from breaking.
