In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
*Flowers stems are trimmed to fit the stalks into floral foams for arrangement purposes. Stems shown in the picture are for illustration purposes only.
- All orders received before 1:00 pm (Monday - Saturday) will be arranged for delivery within the same working day. (10am - 6pm).
- For orders received after 1:00 pm (Monday - Friday), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise, it will be made the next day.
- If you require same day delivery for order placed after 1:00 pm, please call us directly at (60)3 87342629. We'd gladly try our best to assist.
- During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.
- Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .
- Orders received on Saturday after 1:00 pm, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed for delivery on the next working day.
- Our operation hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) and 9:00am-1:00pm (Saturday). Excluding public holiday.
